Eruwa Elders Council Commends Makinde, Pledges Support for New Oyo Head of Service

The Eruwa Elders Council in Ibarapa East Local Government Area of Oyo State has commended Governor Seyi Makinde for appointing Dr. (Mrs.) Adenike Fasina, mni, as the new Head of Service of Oyo State, describing the decision as a well-deserved recognition of competence and integrity.

The commendation came during a courtesy visit by members of the council to the Office of the Head of Service at the State Secretariat, Ibadan, where they congratulated Dr. Fasina on her appointment and pledged their support for her administration.

Speaking during the visit, the Chairman of the Council, Elder Samuel Oladeni, expressed confidence in the leadership and administrative capabilities of the new Head of Service, stating that she possesses the qualities needed to succeed in office.

"We are here to pay you a solidarity visit from your hometown, Eruwa. We are proud of you and believe strongly that you will not disappoint us. We congratulate you on your appointment as the new Head of Service of Oyo State," 

Elder Oladeni also lauded Governor Seyi Makinde's leadership style, noting that the present administration's commitment to good governance and merit-based appointments has continued to yield positive results across the state.

Responding, the Oyo State Head of Service, Dr. Adenike Fasina, mni, expressed appreciation to the Eruwa Elders Council for the visit and the confidence reposed in her.

"I sincerely appreciate this visit and do not take it for granted. I thank you all for your prayers, encouragement and support," 

Dr. Fasina reaffirmed the commitment of the Governor Seyi Makinde-led administration to the welfare of civil and public servants, adding that the government remains focused on strengthening the public service through improved staff welfare, professionalism and service delivery.

She assured the delegation of her readiness to justify the confidence placed in her and pledged to work diligently in advancing  the Oyo State Civil/Public Service.
