One of the residents in Olorunsogo Mr .Mutiu Gbadeyanka called on Governor Seyi Makinde to look into this problem and order the compilation of a list of affected property  owners for immediate compensation  due to the harsh economic conditions in the country leading to high cost of building materials .

Another resident in Sawia Mrs Felicia  Oyeleke who claimed to be a widow whose building was demolished  implored the Seyi Makinde Administration  to compensate the property owners without further delay noting that life has been more difficult for her since the demotion of her building for the DUALIZATION of Olorunsogo Akanran road .

They hinted that most of them took bank loans to operate their businesses while others took Mortgage  loans to build their houses which had now been demolished for the DUALIZATION of Olorunsogo Akanran road.

The affected residents said Oyo State which is a pacesetter should be a reference State for other neighbouring States in ensuring fairness and wellbeing of its citizens since this Government is a responsible and responsive one who listens to the plight of its people.
