The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, has called for the creation of Ibadan state before 2027 general elections in the country.
The new monarch said this while addressing the people of Ibadan after receiving the Staff of Office from Governor Seyi Makinde.
Ladoja asked President Bola Tinubu to make the creation of Ibadan State happen before 2027.
"A un kan ju o, President Tinubu please make Ibadan State a reality before 2027". Oba Ladoja said
