An International non- Governmental organisation, Nigeria Connects has donated a new MS5005 Microscope, valued at about 1.3 million Naira to the Science laboratory of the Oyo State College of Health Science and Technology, Eleyele Ibadan.
The donation was aimed at assisting the College in practical teaching and learning.
Taking delivery of the new Microscope, the Provost of the College, Mrs Oluyemisi Oyewo commended Nigeria Connects for the donation, appreciating them for always supporting the College.
She noted with delight that the Microscope will boost laboratory practical teaching of the students and promised that the College would make judicious use of the item.
It would be recalled that Nigeria Connects had earlier donated books worth about 55, 000 dollars and twenty computer systems and accessories to the College library.
