The Forum of Permanent Secretaries, Executive Secretaries, General Managers, Inspector Generals of Education and Tutor Generals of Education on Friday joined well meaning people in Oyo State to felicitate with the wife of the State Governor, Mrs. Tamunominini Olufunke Makinde on the occasion of her birthday.
The State Head of Service, Mrs Olubunmi Oni, mni, on her congratulatory message described the First Lady as an advocate of women and children in the society.
She said Mrs. Makinde has shown her special care for women folks and children in the state and has been the strong pillar of her husband to have succeeded so far.
The Forum of Permanent Secretaries therefore wished the governor’s wife well, praying that she will live long in good health and sound knowledge, as they also prayed for the children of the First Lady wishing them progress and God’s protection.
The Forum at the occasion however prayed and wished Her Excellency Happy Birthday, Many Happy Returns in good Health and Sound knowledge on her 51th birthday.
