Coronation: Oyo Auctioneers Association Congratulates Oba, Senator Adewolu Ladoja

 



The Chairman, Nigeria Association of Auctioneers, Oyo State Branch, Auctioneer Adeyemo Adeyemi JP, on behalf of other members of the Association congratulated the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland Oba Senator Rasidi Adewolu Akanmu Ladoja as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland. 


In a statement issued and signed in Ibada, the Oyo State Capital. 



Adeyemo said "The coronation of my revered father, Oba (Senator) Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland, has begun in grandeur and divine blessings.


Auctioneer Adeyemo said the historic moment transcends Ibadan, hinting that it is a celebration of heritage, dignity, and people-centered leadership".


He described Oba Ladoja as a selfless person with good character, an astute politician with the heart of gold. 



Adeyemo hinted that the coronation ceremony promises to be a gathering of dignitaries, with President Tinubu’s presence underscoring the importance of Olubadan’s role in Ibadanland’s cultural and traditional heritage.


Auctioneer Association Chairman said Oba Ladoja, a seasoned politician and former Governor of Oyo State is expected to bring his wealth of experience to his new role, working towards the progress and unity of Ibadanland.


Auctioneer Adeyemo noted further that coronation of Oba Ladoja as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland marks a new chapter in the city’s history, with the monarch expected to play a pivotal role in promoting peace, unity and progress in the land.


The Nigeria Auctioneers Association Oyo State Chapter added that the coronation ceremony will be a celebration of Ibadanland’s tradition and culture, with Oba Ladoja’s ascension to the throne marking a significant milestone in the city’s history.
