Ibadan NULGE Executives Endorse Comrade Ayobami Olusegun Adeogun, for Second Term

 

The Conference of Ibadan NULGE Executives has unanimously declared Comrade Ayobami Olusegun Adeogun, FCPA, for a second term as the State President of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Oyo State Chapter.

In a statement issued and signed by the media coordinator to Comrade Ayobami Olusegun Adeogun for second  term in Ibada, the Oyo State Capital, Mr Sola Olalere.

Sola Olalere said the declaration is borne out of his exemplary leadership, outstanding performance, and unrelenting commitment to the welfare of Local Government workers across the state,  his tenure has witnessed monumental strides in workers’ rights advocacy, capacity building, and institutional reforms.

The Conference also extends profound appreciation to His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde for his responsiveness and unwavering support in addressing the yearnings and aspirations of Local Government workers in Oyo State such as  Governor Makinde proactive engagement with the grassroots has created a more vibrant and efficient Local Government system.

The statement said. "Governor Makinde has been able to connect all the zones in the state with good road networks. Through the Moniya-Iseyin road, Ibadan zone has been connected to the Oke-Ogun zone; through the Oyo-Iseyin road, Oyo zone has been linked to Oke-Ogun zone; through the  Ogbomoso-Fapote-Iseyin road, Ogbomoso zone is being linked to Oke-Ogun zone and through the Ido-Eruwa road, Ibadan zone is linked to Ibarapa zone".

The statement then called on the politicians home and diaspora to continue their undiluted support for Governor Makinde to bring the dividends of democracy to the grassroot level.

The statement added that. "With this bold declaration Ibadan NULGE Executives reaffirm their trust in continuity, stability, and visionary leadership for a greater future of Oyo NULGE, we stood by him because he is performing very well, and we believe so much in his leadership and administrative prowees".

One of the NULGE leaders from Egbeda Local Government, Mr. laide Olanrewaju said "we have all agreed to renew the mandate of  Comrade Ayobami Olusegun for second term and it is sealed, comrade Olusegun believes so much on our welfare and this is the pay back time for his re-election". He stated
